Protocol options
----------------

``averageMethod``
    Averaging method for the baselines

    :Type: ``list``
    :Default: ``BaselineOptimized``
    :Choices:
        - ``DirectAverage`` -- Direct Averaging over baseline images
        - ``BSplineOptimized`` -- NOT IMPLEMENTED
        - ``BaselineOptimized`` -- Baseline optimized averaging. Average initial baselines and use the averaged one to register baselines and repeat the process until it converge


``averageInterpolationMethod``
    Reserverd for future use. Currently not being used

    :Type: ``list``
    :Default: ``linear-interpolation``
    :Choices:
        - ``linear-interpolation`` -- Linear Interpolation will be used in averaging
        - ``bspline-interpolation`` -- B Spline Interpolation will be used in averaging
        - ``ba_windowedsinc_interpolation`` -- Windowed sinc interpolation will be used in averaging


``stopThreshold``
    stopping threshold for the averaging process (previously averaged baseline versus currently averaged baseline)

    :Type: ``float``
    :Default: ``0.02``


``maxIterations``
    Maximum number of iterations for which affine registration of baselines are performed

    :Type: ``integer``
    :Default: ``2``


``outputDWIFileNameSuffix``
    Output DWI file suffix to the original image filename

    :Type: ``string``
    :Default: not set
