GIBBS_Correct
=============

Gibbs ringing removal with DIPY (local subvoxel shifts, the method of MRtrix mrdegibbs) for full Fourier acquisitions. Use it after DWI\_Denoise and before any interpolation

Protocol options
----------------

``sliceAxis``
    Voxel axis (0, 1 or 2) along which the slices were acquired; the ringing is removed in the plane of each slice. 2 (the third voxel axis) for the usual axial acquisitions

``nPoints``
    Number of neighbour points used to find the subvoxel shift with the least ringing (DIPY n\_points)
